Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
A quick and easy weeknight stir-fry that's healthier and tastier than takeout.

Ingredients
- Flank Steak: 1 lb, thinly sliced
- Broccoli Florets: 4 cups
- Soy Sauce: 1/3 cup
- Honey: 2 tbsp
- Sesame Oil: 1 tsp
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger: 1 tbsp, grated
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the sliced steak in a bowl and pour half of the sauce over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add broccoli to the skillet with a few tablespoons of water. Cook until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour the remaining sauce over everything. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice or quinoa.
