Ingredients

  • Ground Chicken: 1 lb
  • Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup
  • Hoisin Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Rice Vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Water Chestnuts: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Green Onions: 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Iceberg or Butter Lettuce: 8 large leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium-high heat until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the water chestnuts and green onions, cooking for another minute.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves.
