- Ground Chicken: 1 lb
- Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup
- Hoisin Sauce: 2 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Water Chestnuts: 1/2 cup, chopped
- Green Onions: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Iceberg or Butter Lettuce: 8 large leaves
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium-high heat until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the water chestnuts and green onions, cooking for another minute.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves.
